These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website www.pteexpert.com (“Website”), and any services offered by PTE Expert (“Company/We/Us/Our”). By accessing or using our Website, enrolling in our courses, or purchasing our services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

1. Proprietary Information & Intellectual Property

All content on www.pteexpert.com (text, images, graphics, videos, course materials, study guides, mock tests, scripts, and audio) is our proprietary property (“Proprietary Information”).

You may not reproduce, reuse, modify, or distribute our Proprietary Information without prior written consent.

All intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, copyrights, and service marks, remain the property of PTE Expert or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Use

You may use our Website and Services only for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, display, or distribute any material without consent.
• Use our Services for advertising, solicitation, or resale.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent yourself, or share your account.
• Upload or transmit harmful content such as viruses, malware, or abusive material.
• Disrupt or overload our servers, networks, or classes.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.

3. User Conduct

When using our Services, you must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse trainers, staff, or students.
• Engage in illegal activity or promote unlawful acts.
• Share course content, recordings, or materials with unauthorized persons.
• Claim affiliation with Pearson — we are an independent coaching center, not affiliated with Pearson.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

4. Services & Course Access

Our Services include PTE Academic, PTE Core, and PTE UKVI live classes, mock tests, counseling, and study materials.

Class schedules, duration, and inclusions are announced before enrollment.

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment.

Access to online sessions or digital resources is limited to registered users only.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed via secure Bangladesh Bank-approved payment gateways.

We do not store credit/debit card information.

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy:

• Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of payment only.
• After 48 hours, all fees are non-refundable, even if the course has not yet started.
• No transfers or deferrals are allowed.

6. Disclaimer on Results

PTE Expert provides guidance and training but does not guarantee specific test scores, immigration outcomes, or university admissions.

Mock test results are indicative and should not be considered official exam scores.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of data, missed opportunities, exam failure, etc.).

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the 3 months prior to a claim.

8. User Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If unauthorized access is detected, you must notify us immediately.
• We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.

9. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
• Minors may enroll only with the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
• By enrolling, guardians confirm they approve their child’s use of our Services.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Misuse Services or engage in misconduct.
• Provide false or misleading information.

Termination may occur without refund.

11. External Links & Third Parties

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (payment gateways, exam resources). We are not responsible for their content or policies. Please review their terms separately.

12. Communications & Marketing

By registering with us, you agree to receive communications (via SMS, phone, or email) regarding courses, updates, and promotions. You may opt out of marketing messages by contacting us.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PTE Expert, its founder, officers, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of intellectual property or third-party rights.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on www.pteexpert.com with the “Effective Date” revised. Continued use of our Services means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
