Refund Eligibility

• You may request a refund within 48 hours of your payment.
• After 48 hours, fees are strictly non-refundable — regardless of course start date.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

• If the refund request is made after 48 hours of payment.
• If you have already accessed class materials or attended live sessions.
• For e-books or downloadable study materials (non-refundable).

How to Request a Refund

• Call us at 01772381638 within 48 hours of payment.
• Provide your email address and phone number used for registration.
• Refund requests are valid only if received within 48 hours of payment.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after verification.

After approving the refund request, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

If you wish to switch to another course:

• If the new course costs more, you pay the difference.
• If the new course costs less, the difference will be refunded.

What Happens After a Refund Request

• Once a refund request is accepted, your enrollment will be cancelled.
• To rejoin later, you must enroll again as a new student.
• You will receive confirmation of the refund by email or SMS.

PTE Expert reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time and on a case-by-case basis. Any updates will be reflected on this page with the revised “Effective Date”.
